FOUND - dog poop + poop bag, Murrin

One of those bags in that worthy green colour, that signifies recycling rather than its actual purpose. Knotted and apparently full with poop, though my interest has stopped short of checking. It has been sitting by the main path in from the lake, below Lakeside by the Woods, for about a month now. How about one of you dog owners pick it up?
