Stolen Gear Found ? - Looking for owner

I thought this was posted somewhere already but someone emailed me about finding a pack with climbing gear in it in the backyard of their Kitsilano last summer. They thought it belonged to a tenant but it was not theirs.

Here is a picture of some of the gear. Let's help reunite this gear with the climber.
