Found in Vancouver: five (5) quick draws

Weird right? I was at work on 20th near Main St., unloading some tools in the morning and there, on the sidewalk, lo and behold were four quick draws sitting strewn about in the rain soaked sidewalk. One more lay in a pine ground cover shrub a few feet away and up a retaining wall. I went to work for 15 minutes, thinking about these draws the whole time. I went back outside and asked the old lay who lives next door to my site (whose house these draws sat in front of), but of course they weren't hers.

Anyways, I figure some junkie stole a bag from a vehicle, hoping for a laptop or iPod, found these unsaleable draws, and threw them away in disgust.
