Local Partner required 11th/12th October
Hi
I am travelling to Vancouver next week on business and I have the 11th and 12th October free so I would very much like to get some climbing done. I am an experienced climber in the UK and the European Alps, climb UK E1/2 which I guess is around 5:10a. I looking for someone with good knowledge of Squamish to climb with me for a couple of days, preferably some multi-pitch if the weather is good. The only gear I will have is boots/harness/belay/chalk. I won't have transport so a lift would be great(not asking for much am I!).
In return I will be good company, buy you a beer at the end of the day, and generally be very grateful. Also, if you come to Europe I will return your hospitality in the UK and also let you stay for free in my apartment in the french alps.
I am male, 51, been climbing 30 years, but not as good at it as I think I am.

Re: Local Partner required 11th/12th October
I'm still looking for a partner for this weekend, although the weather doesn't look too promising. If there is a dry day my email is
mdh at singletonbirch.co.uk
Cheers
