fairly new looking for outdoor partners.

Hello all, I was taken by a few friends to climb outdoors a few weeks ago and fell absolutely in love. The unfortunate thing is that they don't live close so now I have no one to go with! I am just wondering if anyone is willing to take someone who is quite new at outdoor under their wing. I have experience climbing inside and am a competent belayer. I'm going to do a refresher on setting top ropes and self repelling. I am very interested in 2nd climbing trad (have done this before) as well as learning more about sport and getting into leading. I even have some of my own gear (quick draws, rope, some nuts and then of course my harness etc.) I fell that in love so I started to build up a rack.

I am super eager to learn more and would like to go out as much as possible. I live in Whistler but can drive down whenever.

Thanks!

Hey there,
I'm in Squamish until until Friday afternoon, potentially Saturday if you want to go climbing. I would even go today! I'm a kiwi climber chick who hasn't been out in the rock in a year since I've been travelling etc, but brought all my own personal gear with me (helmet, harness, atc etc.) Just I case an opportunity like this poped up. Would love to do at least an afternoon on the rock while I'm here in Squamish, I don't even mind if it's just bouldering!
