Squamish early October?

Hi, I'm visiting vancouver for work and am free to climb from Oct 1st - 10th. I hear that Squamish conditions are not reliable then but would love to try to climb up there. Is anyone keen to climb or boulder during that period? It would be great to meet some locals to see the place.

If the weather is crap I'll drive down to Smith Rocks instead probably.

I'll live here (this year) and will be climbing & looking for strongish partners for some long routes if the weather is good... what do you want to climb?
