I'm 32 in good shape and I've been climbing for a long time. I'm technically strong (follow up to 5.11's), (but mentally weaker at leading). If you need a belay slave I'm your guy! But you have to let me have my share of attempts to second the route of course. I have a rack and rope and usually a car or bike. My sched is inconsistent and varied.
