Hi all,
My name's Nick, I've just arrived in Vancouver from Australia on a 2 year working visa and would absolutely love to get some climbing done at Squamish before I get too serious about finding a job. I'm not too sure about the climbing grade conversion from Aussie to your system, every website seems to have a different idea, but from what I can gather I onsight about 5.10a on trad and maybe 5.10d on sport, and I redpoint somewhere in the low 11's. I'm happy to climb around these grades or lower, I'd just love to get out to the infamous Squamish before the weather gets too crappy.
I have a decent rack with me, and all the other usual climbing gear, but no rope or private transport. I can climb any time on any day, I just need a day or two notice.
