Squamish weekend partner.
Squamish weekend partner.
Looking to get out and about on weekends in Squamish. Weather has been really nice the last few weekends, let's hope that trend continues. Weekends trips down to Leavenworth would be fun too, I have good friends that live there (free place to stay!)
Me. New to the area from Portland OR, currently live in Vancouver. I have rope, rack and car. 5.11 trad/5.12 bolts. I love climbing just about anything and happy to belay you on whatever you like to climb 5.2-5.14, doesn't matter to me.
As I'm driving to Squamish every weekend from Van, I'd be keen to do some car pooling too.
Thanks!

Hey Nate,
I plan to spend ever aching moment of every weekend up climbing outdoors. I'm definitely a extreme enthusiast of climbing. Spent a half year climbing in Korea and now excited to explore the great play which is Squamish and surrounding areas.
Give me a shout for sure! I need to meet other serious climbers. Got 2 buds already that climb and looking for one more to seal the deal. All about camping, great tunes and climbing, I push myself really hard and always up for a new challenge.
Private message me. Let's go climbing this weekend! 28/29.
Cheers,
Dan

Re: Squamish weekend partner.
I plan on being up in Squamish this weekend, in and around the area. I have no set plans yet; just going to see what's good.
I haven't been on the rock proper yet this year, so I'm really looking forward to getting back into it. I prefer trad to sport, although will clip some bolts if anyone wants to. I'm comfortable leading up to low 11s on gear thus far, and hope to get on some of the longer hard-ish routes this summer (FREEWAY!)
Just a disclaimer, I like to push myself. This means that I may run it out from time to time, and I don't have an issue with risking a fall if I'm attempting to send. I also challenge bears to knife fights, dive from hot air balloons, and I hope to be the first person in known history to ride a unicycle backwards down the Chief hiking trail.
If you're interested, my number is sevenseveneight 996 6082 or email me at mr.nathan.a.roberts (at) gmail.com
