What was team Meingh?

I originally found this site from the website on a shirt I won at a Rockreation bouldering comp. What exactly was team Meingh?

I heard it was a group of men that were, or felt, inadequate with a certain part of their bodies. They would meet on the internet through meingh.com and discuss their resulting emotions in a group setting. This helped them carry on with their day to day lives. I, for obvious reasons, could not join the group. I believe they still meet to this day. I hope that answers your question.
