FYI cleaning on chief - be aware

Post by gearheart » Tue Feb 14, 2006 4:25 pm

I was out bouldering in the forest over lunch today and saw a note posted on the BC Parks sign at superfly saying that some cleaning will be ongoing through the winter on a new route in the western diehedrals area and that boulderers should watch for possible rockfall in areas south of the black dyke. I don't know what other signs have been posted as I didn't head over to the black dyke area. Probably best to take a look up from the parking lot and if they are cleaning, plan accordingly.
