Beta on University Wall/Uncle Ben's rap route

anyone have more info than the new guidebook (which just points out the anchors)?

I'm looking at solo-aiding both routes, and would love to not haul all my aid gear down the descent trail, but that rap looks sketchy - 58M raps in the middle of the grandwall!

Are the anchors easy to see on the way down?
Are there ledges?
Should I just suck it up and finish via the roman chimneys, then stagger down the descent?
