Help/advice please
Help/advice please
Hi all,
I'm new to BC climbing and am visiting Squamish in early June. i'm looking to do primarily sport climbing in the 5.10 - 5.11 region (I think, new grading system for me) as well as a bit of bouldering to break things up.
What areas are the best to go to for this? And typically how many quickdraws should I bring for a route?
I've been recommended the guidebook squamish bouldering by marc bourdon, I was wondering if there are any other good books for sport climbs?
And lastly any good campsite/hostel recommendations?
Sorry for all the basic questions, any help would be great and make my trip a lot better I'm sure.
Thanks!
Dan

Re: Help/advice please
Hey,
Thanks for the advice! Just to clarify, where is Chek and how do I get to it? And I was looking at Kalahanie, can we walk everywhere from there? and how long would walking take?
Cheers,
Dan
