Here's a relatively new video that will take people back to when Squamish Bouldering really got discovered and started to take off. I would love to hear about some memories of those days and some of the people in this video.

I think when this video was made we were already at the third bouldering guide book? The first one was free, handed out by Peter Michaux. Was a really fun time, my roomate (Stu W.) at the time took the cover of the second guide, I think it was after we cleaned this monkey and the grinch. Most of the problems back then went un-recorded, or we just told Peter. Stu, just quit cold one day, took his strength and size and became a very successful grappler...I watched the movie and I think the only place I see him is on Squamish jump start...neat flick. Thanks for posting, indeed it was a fun time to be in the boulders.
