Valleycliffe Room for Rent
Hello,
I am 30 year old female with two dogs seeking a female room-mate for a Valleycliffe ground level suite.
The rent is $450 all inclusive. With potential dog sitting opportunities to offset rental cost.
You would be sharing a 2 bedroom suite with only me.
Unfortunately the house cannot take anymore pets.

Active, (climb, ski, mountain bike) employed full time, healthy and easy going
About the suite:
Located on Maple in Valleycliffe, it is very private with a large yard with forest on 3 sides and a creek running through it.
Walk to the smokebluffs straight from the backyard on trails
The upstairs is rented by a group of 3 guys who are respectful and all rock-climbers.
We have a small bouldering gym in the back shed
lots of space for gardening,
Fire pit
lots of parking
covered carport for storage
Internet
There is NO TV in the living room and I like it that way, but you are welcome to have a TV in your room.
This is a great place for someone who wants to get involved in Squamish's great outdoor life and culture.
This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE, but gatherings have been known to take place from time to time.
Also there are always people hanging around to go climbing, hiking, biking or skiing with
No smoking inside.
