Grand Wall Bouldering Co-op AGM and 2012/13 Season

Just a reminder to current (and future) members of the GWBC that tonight is the AGM. 7 pm @ the Co-op.
Also memberships for the 2012/13 season can be purchased at Out West as of Nov 1.
This will be the fifth year of operation for Squamish's member owned bouldering gym!

I am new-ish to town (been here a year now). Is there anyone I can contact to get some info on the bouldering Co-Op? I would have just crashed the AGM although I am a little late to do that now.

To the Members of the Grand Wall Bouldering Co-op---

This Sunday, Nov. 4th, is the scrubbing, cleaning, resetting, fixing, tweeking and repairing day for our gym. As is usually the case, the day is a long one and getting many able bodies to help is key. Meet at the co-op around 9am unless otherwise posted and we can get to work doing such jobs as:
-scrubbing the dirty holds
- resetting the gym, spreading out our selection of holds so that we have good coverage in the jugs, edges, pockets, slopers etc...
- fixing and reinstalling the vacuum.
- vacuuming the whole place, even behind the walls
- rewiring the new speakers if we get them.
Some of us will show up Sat evening to start stripping the gym to speed the rest of the tasks on Sun. If you are a member and care about your Co-op, come down Sunday with wrenches, dirty clothes, cordless drills or impact drivers and let's get a groove on.

Today we are starting to remove the holds for the strip and set. Tomorrow starting around 9am we begin cleaning and re-set. Be there!
