Chek access road repairs/closure

As part of the partnership agreement and on-going pressure from CASBC and SAS the Conroy Creek FSR is going to be permanently fixed.

This coming Wednesday October 26 is the date the work on the Conroy FSR will commence, it is estimated to take 2 full days of work. The road will not be passable while the work is taking place, it would be best to not have any interruptions to the work (vehicles driving through) so it can be completed before the weekend.

Peter, can you elaborate on "permanently fixed"? Is it being paved?

My understanding is they were going to put in concrete millings on the steep sections that always get eroded. I haven't had a chance to check it out as I've been away for the last few weeks.
