who stole my summer?
Re: who stole my summer?
You see that large trough over BC, the epic Summer ridges are to the West and East. Summer would arrive if either of those ridges would move over head.

Here is a 240 hour forecast of the movement of those features, I dont see them moving over us in any robust form within that time frame.

Essentially steady as she goes for next week.
Weather looks primo a few hours South this weekend...see you down there

Did it rain as hard on the mainland as it did here on Hornby Island today? I've never seen solid rain like this in the middle of summer in the 22 years I've lived on the west coast.

Here you go, first time I have seen this advertised yet this summer, hopefully it comes true. Beginning of August, better than never I suppose

JMace--Cool! So does that mean that we're about to turn the corner into summer? I hope it comes soon...seems like there's not much left of it. Hoping this weekend shapes up for starters.
