New Squamish routes in March issue of Climbing
I took a look at the March issue of Climbing Magazine.

They put out their Hot List for 2010 an inaugural guide to the best new routes of the year: more than 175 amazing new climbs from Alaska to North Carolina.
And two new Squamish routes were included in the five star list:
Also in this issue are amazing shots of two North Walls climbs: High Plains Drifter and Astro Logger.
Anybody else seen this issue? How do you think Squamish looks when stacked against these other places?

It's always fun to see your home crag in print. Especially when there's new moderate stuff being praised. (I'm all for reading about big numbers, but remember, a heavy majority of our community will never climb harder than 5.10 outside) It's great that the media sees it appropriate to give a tip of the hat to individuals like Jeremy and Sonnie for digging out routes for the masses. Around here that's no easy task!
Slopr, Astrologger is fantastic. Well worth the effort. It'll help you train for this:

Sorry it's a bit blurry, but you get the idea.

Kris,
I should know this climb - but I don't recognize it. Where is it?

Pitch 7 of Polaris. That picture is from the day of the FA back in 2007. Let me know if you want to see any more.
