CLIMBERS' ACCESS SOCIETY OF B.C. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING & WILL STANHOPE SLIDESHOW
The Annual General Meeting for the Climbers' Access Society of BC will take place at The Edge Climbing Centre at #2-1485 Welch Steet, North Vancouver on Saturday, November 20th at 6pm. This meeting is only open to members of CASBC. The Edge is also offering CASBC members free climbing at the gym from 2pm onwards. Will Stanhope will follow the meeting with a slideshow and we will have a prize give away and raffle which will include ropes, packs, cams, draws etc. We are looking for new Directors as well so please try to attend.

I received a reminder that the CASBC meeting is this Sunday. You need to be a member to attend but don't worry if your membership has lapsed or you don't have a membership yet. You can renew your membership at the meeting and have new members sign up as well. Better still you can join the CASBC online
Let's increase the membership numbers so the CASBC can speak for all climbers with a strong voice. Climbing is often a personal pursuit but responsibility to care for the resource and ensure future access falls on all of us.

Reminder, the Climbers' Access Society of B.C. Annual General Meeting is taking place this Saturday at 6pm in The Edge Climbing Centre, 1485 Welch St.
Please note- CASBC members can climb for free at The Edge from 2pm to 6pm, there will be a Slideshow from Will Stanhope after the meeting plus draw prizes which include 3 ropes, a #1 camalot, Petzl quickdraws, plus Thermarests,clothing, headlamps etc. You can renew your membership at the meeting and have new members sign up as well, so tell your friends! The agenda is below, if you would like to review the financial statements prior to the meeting they are available upon request. We are also looking for new people that would like to become a Director for the coming year, so don't hesitate to put your name forward, some current Board members will be at the gym at 2pm for questions.
