Need 2 roomates in Valleycliffe April 1st

hey,
I'm looking for two relaxed roomates to share a three bedroom upper level of house in Valleycliffe (Garden Pl.), rent is $450/mth + util., (rooms are unfurnished)
Great place and great landlords!! Pets are totally welcome as I have a crazy cat.

so if anyone is interested in a room to rent or know anyone who does call the number in the ad, and you must dial (1) as its a long dis. # or call 604-898-4404
or you can ask Dan @ climb on about it as he's the landlord.
