room for rent in hospital hill perfect for climbers!! just next to the crag. 15 min walk to the chief.

ROOM for rent: DETAILS....
Perseo's English (and descriptive abilities) is pretty limited, so i'll Add to what he posted:
The room is in a house with 2 climber girls (one is my ex-girlfriend), they both work and are reasonably quiet and clean. There is one Dog (a Whippet) and one cat also living there. Rent includes: Laundry, Utilities, your own room, Wireless Internet, TV/DVD. The house is near the Hospital and you can walk to the Smoke Bluffs in 5 min or less, and to Downtown in 15 min or less.
At the moment Elise is only looking for a roommate for May (Subletting Perseo's room), so rent would depend on when you moved in... could be perfect for a traveling climber only staying for a couple weeks or a month. June 1st Elise might have another roommate moving in. Basically... Perseo is moving out and he wants to sublet the room for the month since he wants to leave before June 1st. (ie. not lose his rent money).
Somebody looking to stay longer may be considered (depending on if the roommate for June 1st moves in or not, she hasn't confirmed either way yet), so if you're looking for something longer, e-mail Elise, she might be interested (depending who you are....)
Rent for the whole month (May) is: $400, and would be pro-rated if you were there less time (ie. moved in after May 1st... since that's TOMORROW).
