Gorge (Cheakamus Canyon): Closure July 31st - August 2nd
The Access Society has just received the following message, regarding closure of climbs at the Gorge during the week of July 31st - August 4th.

Notice to Recreation Resource Users in the Sea-to-Sky Corridor:
We have just learned that more blasting work is necessary close to the pullout and parking area near the Gorge climbs above the Cheakamus River. This parking area will therefore be closed from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm on the following dates:
Monday, July 31
Tuesday, August 1
Wednesday, August 2
