I'm looking for a couple route recommendations to break into the 5.11 grade on gear.
Any ideas?

I'd recommend Penny Lane. It has two good 11a's in Short People and Partners in Crime. Both routes take good gear and you can get a piece in pretty much any time. Partners is a classic finger crack and Short People has crack and face moves.

Also ay Penny Lane is Yorkshire Gripper, a great 11b

One of the best 5.11a gear routes in Squamish is Perspective at Nightmare rock.

My recommendation, which happens to be my favorite 11a, is Rutabaga. 2 pitch 11a at the base of the chief. Long, varied, safe and excellent for 200 feet. Give 'er!
