My friend and I are heading up to Squamish next week and are thinking about doing the Grand Wall. Neither of us have any aid gear. How hard is it to climb the bolt ladder using just shoulder-length slings? How are the grades compared to, say, Yosemite?

just pull on quick draws and step on the bolts. It's pretty casual.

The lower bolt ladder is a little more tricky then the upper one, ie the bolts are further apart. They're still both pretty casual. Grades are same as Yosemite. You'll love it.
