How's the F___ing IDIOT that bolted Arbutus Alley@Lighthouse

Was just down at Lighthouse to find out that some IDIOT had bolted an old route at Arbutus Alley ever 2 and a half feet causing the West Van Parks to remove all hangers off both the climb and the anchor.

WTF?

Please rat out this A$%^#@ so that we can beat him down.
