Anybody going to Cuba and willing to bring climbing gear?

Last year I went to Cuba and brought donated gear to the Cuban climbers. I had more gear than would fit in my luggage so consequently I still have a bag of second hand gear sitting at home in Vancouver.

Cubans don't have access to climbing gear and greatly appreciate our donations. Please reply to post then I will send my contact info. thanks

Hey nO

I think Jeff Lowe will be collecting used gear for sherpas in Nepal at the 2008 VIMFF at the Centennial Theatre.

definitely seems more worthy for me... and before anybody questions this, it's cause for the Sherpas it's a job, not an activity for passing time, imo. :)

Thanks for the info lolo! Sounds like he's looking mostly for winter climbing gear but I'll see if he wants what I have. Maybe I'll see you at the films.

When the weather is good I'd be up for some more lead swapping. (I did Calculus again in December and there were icicles on route!)
