On the free U wall the easier way. Do you have to link the 2nd and 3rd to get a no hands rest? Matter a fact is there any other spots you need to do something to get no hands rest or are all belays stances?

thanks

The first and second belay are both what I would call 'semi-hanging', meaning there is a no-hands stance at the belay, but you are deffinitely hanging out in your harness. A small foot feature helps to alleviate some of the discomfort of hanging, but you are pretty much getting the full squeeze.

I'd imagine it would be fun to link the first three pitches into one and go ledge to ledge.
