Thailand accomodation

Post by Clive kessler » Tue Sep 19, 2006 1:26 pm

Can anyone recommend a good place to stay on the Ton Sai side?? Last time we stayed at SandSea. We're looking for a similar nice clean concrete bungalow for a little less money. Thanks! Also, any recommendations for where to stay in Chiang Mai?? :?:

when i was there a couple of years ago prices were all comparable, although i moved out of the concrete shack to a cheaper bungalow with a mosquito net to save a whole three dollars a night.

one place.."Green (something or other)" was reasonable and located a couple of doors down to the TV/bar at Andaman (spelling??? ) with concrete bungalows available. Andaman proved great for me as a single traveller to hook up with climbing partners

i have a friend heading to thailand right now from vietnam so if i hear anything about the political environment i'll pass it on.

Just don't sleep to near the tanks. They will wake you up at night when shooting. :D
