Any updates on the proposed Squamish Climbing Gym?

I've been trying to follow this, but haven't heard anything recently. Couple posts came up this year:

UPDATE 2: Found a Facebook page for the development. It actually looks like it's happening. "Ground Up Climbing Centre" and apparently they've signed a wall partner. Details here. Well, that's exciting:
