Milk Road needs a trundle

Post by Todd Mackenzie » Fri Jul 19, 2013 6:47 pm

Pitch 7, "Cresent tower," after you finger traverse left and start up the arete, there is a large flake (about a meter long, 40cm wide and 10cm thick) that is falling out of a wide crack. It slid about two inches after barely touching it and is an obvious piece of rock to grab as it sticks out of the bottom of the wide crack and is clean on one end from previous climbers grabbing it. It would be possible to fix a 60 meter rope from the top to reach it and then jug back out, but I know nothing about closing routes below (or maybe its best to wait until nightfall).
