place to stay in September

Me and three friends are traveling from the UK 31st august and staying until 21st september.
We are struggling to find a place to stay.
We almost had an apartment but that fell through.

I have tried contacting two companies about yurts but not had a reply. I tried calling one with no answer. I also tried to contact inn by the water but with no response. I was told they are booked up until 2015 according to the tourist information office.
We are not looking for any where special just needs walls and a roof. We are not too keen to camp for 3 full weeks.

Any adivce of where to try would be useful.
