Improvements at Chek

Christopher McCrum who's done a lot of the contract work for trail improvements around Smoke Bluffs and other Squamish climbing areas has just completed some very nice upgrades at Chek.

In an email he says they've put in a new outhouse at the upper parking area, new picnic tables, signage and improvements to the trail going past Foundation Wall, drainage, gravel etc. Plus they cleared out the drainage ditch which should help keep the road in shape.

If anybody has been there and seen the improvements let us know what you think and post up some photos.

Thanks to the Climbers Access Society of BC who have lobbied and worked hard to get the BC government to carry out these improvements and thanks to Chris for his hard work.
