How about some sport ice slab at the AMO wall? You could make a new sport!

There's lots of ice, but nothing is fat.

We climbed in and around that area in January 1980, and others may have climbed there in 1978 - 79, which was a quite cold winter. The slabs to the north of Shannon Falls, maybe half way to Olesen Creek. I have some slides of it - they might be somewhere on the SuperTopo thread.

we climbed in Hope yesterday. Perfect conditions then. Today however it is snowing heavily. Plus it is supposed to rain tomorrow and then hit +7C in Hope by Sunday. I'd plan on Whistler,Pemberton or Lillooet area ice instead of a weekend in Hope.
