Bishop Trip - Info Needed

All righty, so here are my questions.

First of all, I know that the rock can get pretty sharp in the buttermilks and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on building/ keeping calluses. I've heard weird stuff from using superglue as second skin to using a hot frying pan to build calluses and I wanted to know what other crazy ideas were out there.

Second question: What are the best problems down there? Doesn't matter the grade. Anything from v1 to v14 I'll at least be able to check it out and if I can climb it marvel at those who have.
