Weird stuff in sky

There's this stuff coming from the sky that isn't rain or sleet. It's shining down and drying the rock out....barely recognize it but I think it's sunlight.

A dry weekend of climbing on the big stone. Is it possible???

Sean,

It's not hard to find places to camp for free around Squamish... I think there was a thread earlier this summer about free camping in the area and people had some good suggestions. Try searching for it....otherwise good luck and bring a tarp.

Re: Who says Horne Lake is Closed?????

i believe that people are saying "it's closed" because they are selfish and don't want crowds there (because it is pretty small and not alot of room if there's more than 6ish people there). but come on, it's an old rumor and it is NOT TRUE so get over it.... go there, have fun and just be respectfu...

I don't remember anything desperate about that section. I think replacing the pin would be fine as long as there isn't a C1 or C2 alternative to that move. And from what I remember there isn't much in the way of hooking on the first couple pitches. Regarding the pitches, the 5.6 traverse at the begi...
