Re: inugural Golden Scrub Brush Awards

It has been brought to my attention that there are people who don't use Facebook. Weird. But for those people you can post your nominations on this thread. Also the closing date for nominations is Oct 15, 2014 so we can have things ready for a mid to late November awards ceremony.

Re: New Trad crag "at" Murrin Park, Down amongst the Cedars

Update: I completed the FA of Hatchett, Axe, and Saws-All Sept 6th so it is now available for your climbing pleasure. I estimate the grade as 11- dependent on your height. Also Dirty Divorcee, the extension to the Land of MILF and Honeys, is now an open project. So some of you hardcores should get t...

Re: new area at Murrin past Quercus

I am now starting to understand Barley's crankiness with the Squamish climbing community. It gets rather annoying to get sh*t on for putting up routes. As for the mixed climbing conundrum - review this thread. http://squamishclimbing.com/squamish_climbing_bb/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3767 . It seems you a...

Re: Logging route development

Standards for route development and maintenance practices were brought up a few years ago with a couple of near fatal trundling incidents on the Chief.
