i seen it and think it takes away from the experience. the traverse isnt scary once you have done it once.

the majority of multi-pitch climbs require a second rope if you want to bail. I thought that was common sense for any multi-pitch route with 30-35m+ length pitches.... divide your rope length by 2 and then ask yourself... can i get down.

i highly disagree that this climb can be safely protected. it cant..... until your high enough that a fall would kill you.

i think someone needs to worry about what there doing rather than worrying about a friendly topo. what business is it of his. he never put up any routes at that crag or cleaned it.

do i see a new bolt above the flake on the 10a version of genesis. i went to climb that and imo could use it. the only gear is low in a low rock quality flake and a cam in a horizontal that would surely rip if loaded.

.......people who actually free climb care. scary ticks are an accomplishment and very memorable. provides the rush. theres enough routes out there that are well protected and secondly the first ascentionist makes the decision for the most part. get some balls and solo it

whatever... my comment still stands. you threaten me with a knife you better stab me. It would be very unlikely for me to put myself in a position where someone would want to though.
