Very unfortunate. Not often you hear about this type of situation in Squamish. I heard the heli and thought it was a typical long weekend epic. Never would have thought it was anything overly serious.

Just a heads up, it seems that there is a wasp nest at Nightmare Rock just in the ground by an obvious stump, over near the base of Sentry Box and Perspective. Put my bag on it the other day and they seemed pretty unhappy about it.
