I figured that the park rangers would have a problem with "mat clad" individuals. Maybe we will have to talk with them and come to an understanding. Communication is the best way to deal with access issues!

Thanks for the input shiojj!

Ahhh let the flaming begin.....first off, this is within a high traffic area. SO I dont want to go telling the location then having access issues to deal with. This why I want to talk to the person/persons that have been on this boulder already. So before you start flaming why dont you learn all the...

North Van boulderers

A request to any North Van boulderers that are sending on a certain boulder in a N. Van valley. I would like to hook up with you! Hint, this boulder involves ~ 25 min hike! If you could PM me, that would be great. If you dont already know where this rock is, I am not giving away the location. Thanks...

Forget about the hiking shoes. Get a pair of approach shoes. Less bulky and you can climb some pitchs in them!

Well if you throw a small lock on the tent door and someone looks in and sees nothing then they may just move on! Better then giving them the oppertunity to rifle through all of your belongings!

Everybody knows that theives dont check the toe of the shoe!

I would hide the gear under your sleeping bag. I also put a luggage lock, small key lock, through the 2 zippers of the screen door of the tent. That is if you have two zippers on yours. I have never encountered a problem doing this. Locks keep honest people honest! But if a theif wants your gear, it...
