Dear Mike, they have indeed been ripping on you a bit, still it took me the longest time to figure out that you were Napoleon and that we actually climbed together a couple of times in the gym last spring or even earlier. Just like Bradley I'm a bit confused and can't figure out the what/who/when an...

I checked it out 2 months ago. The cable crossing is still there and easy to use (just check for beehives in the big bowls on the upper cable before you try and pass them). You can cross the Squamish nation land and park your car in the clearing if you pay the dude in the caravan 5 bucks or somethin...

I'm not sure if Angel's Crest is dry but I do know two guys tried it on Tuesday (and bailed I think coz we didn't see them on the mid-section of the route at all)
I did Squamish Buttress two weeks ago and it was dry after a day and a half of no rain.

Climbed Wiretap today, just two wet spots since it rained yesterday morning I guess (roof to the right of pitch 1 and just above 3rd belay stance). Linked pitch 1 and 2, 3 and 4 Pitch 5 is indeed kinda soft for 5.9 Bottom of pitch 1 was a bit damp and maybe that's why it felt still a bit dirty, noth...

Good point Jeffski though I must admit I've done it several times without directionals and whenever I want to get some exercise I do some laps on it on self-belay. High Mountain Woody is an amazing climb in an amazing setting which is why I thought about mentioning it.

You could toprope into High Mountain Woody (5.8+) on the Upper Malamute and check out the moves and then lead it up if you feel like it. You might find a lot of great rests which will make you more comfortable and ready to try Paul's crack (5.10a) just to the left of HMW, and do the same (toprope th...

:) Allright, allright, I know that OP will complain about "riffraff that lingers on this awesome site", but hey, that's technically funny, you know? But perhaps not to the generation of climbers over 50 that only recently found out that one can do more on the internet that sending emails. No offence...

Yo Bradley, since you like nationalistic crap so much, I'm sure you don't mind me hanging up a Belgian flag on the Chief because the at least 5 Belgian athletes competed in Vancouver 2010 (loosing miserably in each of their disciplines but that's beside the point)

Too much patriotism lately...is there any surface on which Canadians won't paint/tattoo/display a Canadian flag? It would have been more creative if someone would have hauled up a huge Pepsi banner

Rap anchor sounds sensible. Paint it black or whatever color is less intruding, make sure to mention it in every guidebook and that's it.
