For me, Trunk Monkey "is" 12a. It took me more burns to redpoint than any other 12a in the last year and a half. As for Creeping Right, I found it more technical but far less burly than Creepy Crawlers. At first I thought is was a soft 10d but have had a bit of trouble on it since. 10d is good.

We got on Highway To The Danger Zone today and; yeah still dirty, some loose rock (be careful), I'd say all of 11d, I'd really like to see a bolt low, just off the belay ledge so I don't come crashing down an extra 20 feet onto the trail with my belayer right behind me. Our 70 meter rope had 2 meter...

Nice lead! That's by far the hardest pitch with the Sword's cruxes being very short and Perry's Lieback being bolted every three feet. The last pitch is pretty damn sweet (not hard). Once the Split Pillar is done, the rest is gravey.

I thought it flowed pretty nicely. I did get in a couple of knee bars in order to pull the moves. Pete didn't need the knee bars. It could be a bit sandbagged though.

If you need a ride to Chek from Horseshoe Bay I can do that. It's not like it's out of our way or anything.

Peter, do you know what From Beneath You It Devours is going to be rated in the new guide? I sent it today (way different sequence than the FA's) and was thinking 12a?

It's rated 12a R (runout). Mike gave it the 12a rating to be on the safe side because the runout is between the second and third bolts. I thought the best part of the climb was the climbing to the third bolt with the runout not a factor as there are jugs from the second to third bolt.
