so jason green and jesse redden completed their other new route left of red nails at high cliff:
Ginger, 5.11a begins as the 5.10, Frond or anemone but moves right to the open slab, clipping a couple of bolts. FA: J.Green, J.Redden

on the rough trail from the nairn falls car park into the jackpot area at the pemberton boulders there is a hummingbird nest with chicks on a branch that you have to duck under. a boulder pad could bump these little fellahs out of their perch. so keep your eyes open for it. it's just before the firs...
