as a climber who lives a 5 minute walk from the bluffs, I can assure you that by far the vast majority of people in the bluffs this time of year are not climbers. the person knows they lost it, and they made the choice between them to leave it. therefore if i spend the time getting it out, i should be able to keep it. and if they want it back, they can go get it back from the climb they lost it on. dropping gear accidentally is a different issue tho... cause...

Harrison West is 2wd the whole way right now do NOT attempt this road with anything less than high clearance 4wd.
