I wouldnt bother carrying that stuff even if i did own it. I would climb it with a bolt otherwise i'll go the other way. If the rest of the route required big gear i would haul it.. It would be nice to have more options to reduce traffic.

its been doing this off and on rain for awhile now. things haven't really been getting that wet, because not much rain is falling so they dry fairly quick. chek stays dry unless it's a monsoon so you could definetly go climb at the main event or forgotten wall... i know it's not trad.. we'll have so...

Great plan for a rainy day... not so much for a dry day.. that climb is still an awesome lead, a little polished but that just adds to the difficulty. I would say there are lots of unused pitches in the bluffs, split beaver wall, krack rock, one touque, among many others. Aiding one of those and may...

Hey jmace a short draw really helps. Usually we just run the blocks back (holding the other one on the pulley so as not to wear the guard) and get the third.

We always run them back again and leave one on the other side for other people. That way no one needs to make a crappy beaner crossing.

I dunno boys that buttress pin seemed pretty solid when i bailed on it last weekend. Granted i only fell 6 inches because i had just clipped it but i do weigh a good 200 pounds and it felt solid while i hung on it. I had 8 pieces in by that point but i sure was glad to clip that pin. 2 moves from an...

Just talked to my buddy and he said the top 3-4 holds on drugs were still slimy... nothing a little torch and a brush probably couldn't take care of tho :)

Hi Jeremy, Drugs was dry other than the crack was a little moist. It will definetly be dry enough to clean up this week if the weather goes as predicted. Go send it! BB i would say 2 extra 2-2.5" peices up top would make a man comfortable.. and couple 2.5-3" for the anchor if you wanna build it gear...

Spinning bolt on Ridge Runner

Hi guys,

Just thought i'd drop a little note to say that i tried to tighten the nut on the last bolt of ridge runner at ronin's the other day and it was spinning like a top.

I would go fix it myself but i don't have a drill... yet...
