I got one I'd trade, not sure if its the last gen. Or the one before but it doesn't have a thumb loop, I'll post a pic when I got time.

Natsdad, I have been informed by a concerned, guide book savvy, Lurker that the climb in question is actually known as "Piled Higher and Steeper".

I stand corrected. Now that I think about it, I think A$$%$#^@ of August is actually a finger crack.

Apparently Hamish F. And Peder O. Climbed more or less the same route 5 years before KM and RB did the 'FA ' with out any bolts and didn't bother reporting it.

Talk about hard man run outs!

In my (post-humbled) opinion tantalus crack is one of the burliest crack of the grade around.. It's like the width of the top meter and a half of the beaver for about about 15m! Although there is some rests and its not quite as steep the level of effort is far superior.. Friends of friends apparentl...
