I'll keep it ship-shape until it's in a guidebook from either of our local authors. It's unfortunate that it didn't make it into the Select guide, but by the time I had it ready, that chapter of the book was already formatted, and there was no space left to squeeze in something new.

The stump is out, and there's a fresh bolt just above that spot. Now the first bolt is about four or five feet above the station, and the next one is five feet past that. The stump has indeed gotten much looser over the past year. We tried removing it when taking down last season's fixed lines this spring. Well, that looked like most of Skaha last weekend. I heard that BC Parks is considering a complete ban on dogs there. I wouldn't blame them at all if they went ahead with it. It was a complete circus there.

Looks like someone put in an anchor, rapped in to take a look, then pulled their hangers after it didn't look worthwhile. Either that or someone stole the hangers off of an obscure route that almost no one is ever going to find or climb.
