Are you talking about Breathe? Up the arch to the left and then up past the tree, or the route L of that?

My recollection for the L most route was 5.hard. Been a few years, but low 12 I think?

Breathe is 12b (really?) on rock and 11d with the tree stem....

Cheers

eh, DOA was wet at the top, bit of a spray waterfall onto the belayer (kinda nice actually). Did Take no Prisoners instead (same corner system then out L under the roof to some discontinuous cracks to the chains. One bolt at the bottom then gear for the rest. Great climbing, really cool movement and...

Hey Jason;

Thanks for the single rope beta. You got any gear beta?

So far planning for a typical Murrin thin-fest. RPs and 00-red TCU in at least doubles.

Cheers

DOA?

Thinking of checking it out. Anyone done it? Doubles required? Looks like some thin gear on the first large corner then? I found some beta on 8a, but could likely use more. I might try one of the more direct variations (except that they are all harder...) to keep the drag down since it looks like TR...

at the base of most of the out of the way crags works if you keep a low profile. Fire is really dependent on the season and dryness factor. People are pretty touchy on the topic locally due to past experiences...

Good thing to start. My turn. All the anchors at Split Beaver need an overhaul for hangers/rings. The pin on Claimjumper at Nightmare is sketch (and PeterC was ok with it being replaced with a bolt when we asked last year...) Anchor on Crystal ball (or the L variation to it anyhow) at the Zip could ...

Paolo Bordignon - Salus Physio - 8th and Burrard in Vanc.

Best dude in town. Seriously. The last person I sent there called him a demigod... I kid you not. And a climber, so you aren't going to have any dumb questions or whatnot.

Anyhow, 604.8physio.

Booking about 3 weeks out.

If there were "bolt police" at Squamish they'd probably have arrested Barley long ago and there would be hundreds fewer routes. lol. Yea, his bolting jobs are just barley adequate :D Awww, dude did you have to??? Besides there are some of his bolts that have been removed in past for various reasons...

This issue is unlikely to happen in Squamish for a number of reasons. The main one being the different rock types involved, but there are other reasons as well. A good reason to check these things out in the guide (who FAed the route?), keep your eyes on these things. Apparently the belayer and lead...

First off I just want to say this is a great route and the whining that is here is well whining 6) route is a a bit scruffy but seeing how we were the second party that day and someone else cimbed it the day before it should clean up pretty quickly. 7) apparently you can link into upper echelon as ...

Hey Enchanted;

Do you have a link to the Chief's story? I checked the website and got bogged down in slow loading pages, so gave up.

Thanks
