Chopped bolt on Sunblessed

Anyone know why the first bolt has been removed from the first pitch of Sunblessed?

Dave Way was climbing in Cuba last year and is heading back there in a week or two. By the sounds of it there are lots of existing routes and potential for development. Give him a shout....

The traverse from below the headwall over to the final corner crack pitch is the spooky one for me...not real difficult but a bit runout. Anyway, I'd have to agree that it's not a stellar route. Face climbing the arete on the first pitch is the funnest part of it for me.

Marble Canyon

The Central BC Rock guidebook has route information for Marble Canyon. I climbed Brown Sugar and the 11b variation to Sisyphus last year at about this time. There is a fair bit of loose rock around so be prepared for that but the climbing is decent and it's a beautiful place. If you're up for it get...

Hi,

I've been drooling over rockclimbing.com info related to City of Rocks for the last few days. It looks awesome!! Are you in Vancouver? Any idea how long it takes to get there? I know it's about 800 km from Van. Sounds like a 5 day weekend to me. PM me if you're looking for a partner.

You don't need to pay for camping bro. But if you want to stay at the Chief campground share a site with a bunch of other people...shouldn't cost you more than a dollar or two each night. I think the sites are $9 per night. Anyway, if you don't have a car free camping may be a bit of a hassle. From ...
