The grade conversion on this site doesn't really make sense with respect to the "English" grade column. A much better table is http://www.rockfax.com/publications/grades/
Here you can see that British grades only go up to 7b.

does anyone have an aid topo for Uncle Ben's please, or any other Squamish routes? (I have only found one to University wall.) I'm in the UK so info or guidebooks are very hard to come by.
